Celebrating the signature flavors of France, the aromatic Herbes de Provence is an essential addition to any pantry.
Considered an all-purpose seasoning blend, it is most often added to poultry, lamb, and sometimes fish, before it is baked or grilled.
Herbes de Provence is especially delicious in robust stews and as a marinade for goat cheeses and olives. It can also be used to season foods at the table.

Any of the fresh herbs are a winner but Herbs de Provence is my favorite. I put it on everything from chicken to burgers, sauces and veggies. My son in law loves it so much he said he wants to put it in his cereal! You cannot go wrong with WHATEVER you choose. Keep em coming Carol!
